In keeping with the dynamic energies of fast-paced work and interactions, this 4000 sq ft office space was designed to seek to embody a raw yet refined energy where communication is free-flowing, and functionality is paramount. Layering and resolving the layout with private, public and semi-private spaces, lending character to the space by way of giving it an identity made it both functional and aesthetic.

The office opens to a reception space with a big graphic wall with an array of planters acting as a partition between the reception and the workstations. The reception space leads to the workstations, conference room and discussion rooms.

Subtle shades of green in upholstery and furniture adds a pop of colour to an otherwise canvas of glass, grey flooring and wood. The exposed services and the finishes in the ceiling add to the tactility and ultimately the character of the workspace.
