We designed the villa keeping the passion for Indian arts and colours in mind and celebrated these through our design. The Villa is spread over 5000 sq. ft., with a backyard garden which was converted into a kitchen garden partly. The client had just returned from a textile trail through North India and had an interesting hand block printed collected with organic dyes fabrics, drapes, rugs and blinds. We designed the Villa around her passion for India, her colours, and celebrated the same. The walls were finished in exposed concrete textured paint with distressed furniture and simple line pieces. Copper lights and the tree of life dotted her staircase and double height stairwell. The kitchen wall was clad in pinewood and accentuated by a sea green distressed crockery cabinet that was built at site.
We finished this project in a record 2 months!
