Architecture

Spread over one acre, with a built-up area of 15,000 sq. ft., as architects, we designed the house inside out. CDS designed the house inside out. We used a modern interpretation of the courtyard concept and added a contemporary feel to the space. The interiors are designed according to the views of the green landscaped areas around the house that are visible from all the rooms of the house. The central courtyard has a custom made Dimpy Menon bronze sculpture with a water body along the longitudinal access to the building. The pool deck area has a one of a kind custom made bar, a waterfall and a water feature wall. The client wanted larger than life opulence and we achieved it with a modern contemporary style.
